The easiest way to order repeat prescriptions is by using your Patient Access account.
This shows you all your repeat medicine and dosage and you can choose the ones you need. You can use your Patient Access account (on the Patient Access website or in the Patient Access app) 24 hours a day.
You can also:
- Phone us on: 01475 553560 (option 2) between 9am and 3pm, Monday to Friday. Please state your: Name, Date of Birth, and Pharmacy you wish your prescription sent to.
- Bring the paper form to the Practice, when we are open.
We do not accept repeat prescription requests by email.
